物流政策

As all Kahurangi products are handmade, All items will be shipped after creation and may take up to 6 weeks for delivery from date of purchase. Items marked as ‘In stock’ may have shorter delivery times 3-14 working days. Please note that these times are a guideline and not exact.

All deliveries will be shipped using New Zealand post. They will be tracked and insured. 

Once you have placed an order you will receive confirmation and tracking via email. 

Costs of shipping will be calculated at checkout depending upon location.

All VAT/customs/duties associated with order are to be paid by the customer in addition to RRP item cost and shipping. 

Lost/stolen/damaged on deilvery Items 

Items may become lost/stolen/damaged during the shipping process from time to time. Issues involving lost/stolen/damaged items will be resolved directly with the individual customer once NZ post has accepted the status of lost/stolen/damaged. Replacement items may be provided at this time once proof of loss has been attained. Refunds on lost/stolen/damaged items are not available.
