Refunds/Returns

We do not offer refunds and/or returns. All items are handmade to order, specifically for the individual customer. By shopping with Kahurangi you commit to a purchase. Once an order has been placed this is classed as a purchase. Purchases may not be cancelled once placed. 

Exchange

We do not currently offer exchanges on items purchased, due to changes of mind. However, if you have an issue with your item please contact us directly using the details stated above and we can discuss it with you directly.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty on all items from the date of purchase. Warranty only covers damage, breakage or other issues related to default at the time of manufacture. We do not cover wear and tear of the item after purchase by the customer. However we are happy to repair items which incur damage in this way for a fee. 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
